Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and FairPlayProid.com ("FairPlay", "Company", "us", "we") governing your access to and use of the FairPlay website, platform, games, and all associated services.
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of FairPlayProid.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use our services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as we reserve the right to amend them at any time with appropriate notice.
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of FairPlayProid.com is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By using our platform, you confirm and warrant the following:
2.1 — Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account and use our services. We strictly prohibit the use of our platform by minors. We conduct age verification checks during and after registration, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, with all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 — Geographic Restrictions
Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where FairPlay does not hold a valid operating licence. Restricted territories are listed in our Geographic Restrictions Policy, which is updated periodically. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to use online gambling services in your country of residence before registering.
2.3 — Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active account on FairPlayProid.com. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2.4 — Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any guardianship, self-exclusion order, or legal restriction that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities, you must not use our platform.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 — Registration Process
To access real-money games and services on FairPlayProid.com, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You must verify your email address and complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) checks before making deposits or withdrawals.
3.2 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. FairPlayProid.com will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain proper security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at support@fairplayproid.com.
3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)
FairPlay operates under strict anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. We are legally required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all players. You agree to provide all documents and information reasonably requested for verification purposes. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay privileges.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
4.1 — Deposits
All deposits made to your FairPlay account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. All deposits are processed securely through licensed payment service providers.
4.2 — Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified bank account in your name. Before processing any withdrawal, we reserve the right to request additional identity and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, as outlined in the Help Centre. Withdrawals will only be processed once all active bonus wagering requirements have been met or the associated bonus has been forfeited. FairPlay reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if it believes the account holder is in violation of these Terms.
4.3 — Currency and Exchange Rates
FairPlayProid.com supports multiple currencies. If your preferred currency is not supported, transactions may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate. We are not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuations.
4.4 — Fraudulent Transactions
Any fraudulent activity — including, but not limited to, the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement. We actively monitor all transactions for fraudulent patterns using third-party fraud detection systems.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards
5.1 — General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by FairPlayProid.com are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible game restrictions, and validity periods. These terms are displayed clearly on the relevant promotion page and in the bonus terms document.
5.2 — Abuse of Bonuses
FairPlay reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus (and associated winnings) if we reasonably believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering on excluded games, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or using any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage.
5.3 — Bonus Eligibility
Not all players are eligible for all promotions. Eligibility may be determined by factors including account verification status, country of residence, deposit history, and player tier. FairPlay reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
Game Rules and Fair Play
FairPlayProid.com offers games from certified and independently audited third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published and available for all games.
Players must play in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion, the use of automated tools (bots), or any other method designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. FairPlay reserves the right to void any bets or winnings and permanently close accounts where such behaviour is identified.
Intellectual Property
All content on FairPlayProid.com — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, and software — is the property of FairPlay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from FairPlay.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairPlayProid.com, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, service interruptions, server downtime, inaccuracies in game results, or your reliance on any information provided on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and Termination
FairPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms or any other applicable policy; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected problem gambling; or any other reason deemed sufficient by FairPlay in its sole discretion.
Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to you after all outstanding obligations have been assessed, provided the account has been verified and is not subject to an active fraud investigation.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact our support team at support@fairplayproid.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an approved ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FairPlayProid.com holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Amendments to These Terms
FairPlayProid.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
